I was moving from a storage unit to my new flat. The driver arrived on time and was really friendly and helpful. I had some issues getting my things from the unit because I still had a contract with them and I was really stressed because I had traveled quite far since early morning. But the driver was calm and was even trying to help me talking to the storage unit manager. Once I managed to get my things, the driver loaded the van really fast and even though he was on his own he loaded it pretty much all by himself and I felt a little useless. Then he drove me to my flat and helped me unload the van all the way in the flat. He really made my day, he was so friendly and polite and I couldn’t have done this without him. I would definitely recommend him and his company and if given the chance I’d use them again ! Thank you so much for making my day so stress free! 👍
